Soeur Ethington | Week 70

Hello everyone! I hope you all passed a wonderful Fourth of July for my American friends, a happy Canada day for my Canadian friends, and a joyeuse fête nationale for my French friends!

Life has been pretty great here in Orléans. Pretty busy but we're having a lot of fun.

Here are some highlights from the past 2 weeks:

- We volunteered at Resto du Coeur twice, and both times we got to be on the floor helping people pick up their food.

- We went to the temple with our ami Maurice and his friend Marvell! We had such a great experience. The temple soeurs did such a good job at teaching to his needs and he accepted to be baptized!

- We ate at the Penverne family's house (they are my favorite members in France by far) with our friends Alhassan, Mohammed and Ibrahim. We joked about how many push-ups we can do and ate lots of ratatouille.

Good news! Thomas is being baptized this Sunday! We can't wait. I'll send pictures next week. He's so adorable.

Have a good week! Loves!

À bientôt,
Soeur Ethington
